The Panic Room Option - Your Walk-In Vault Room can be made into a Panic Room. By installing a Fail-Proof Internal Release you can open and lock your vault door from the inside.
Your vault door's INTERNAL RELEASE HANDLE allows you to exit your vault in case you get locked in. This handle also allows you to lock your vault door from inside your room. The 3/8" thick steel handle is 6" long. It's welded to the internal bolt-work inside your door. When this handle is pulled up, it rotates the main locking bar inside your door and allows you to retract the bolts, thus allowing you to exit your room. No internal release handle has broken down in 42 years. NOTE: our vault door's back steel panel has screws, which gives you the option of "manually opening" your vault in case of an emergency.
